Description
The West Coast Federation The old kingdom's mandate of the West Coast expired, leaving it weak and vulnerable to attack. The warlord states vanquished the old kingdom easily and in their victorious debauchery swore tyranny's hand would never lay on the West Coast, establishing a zone of neutrality where the populous could rest easy knowing that they would never again be ruled by a tyrant.
