•SECURE•CONTAIN•PROTECT• __________________________ • THE FOUNDATION • The Technical Division is responsible for the technical maintenance and daily services of all facilities and equipment in active use of the Foundation. This Division is responsible for the design and construction of new facilities and communication routes, as well as for repair and maintenance. The Technical Division is divided into several subdivisions based on release levels and appropriations; employees with higher slack levels design and build Keter-class containment and work with strategically important facilities. __________________________
