Description
TPL is an anomalous area that houses multiple entities, most mainly being copies of other people in our universe. TPL can be accessed by Portland, Maine; Portland, Oregon; Those who live in this area are free from being tested on by foundation personnel, since it is under the UIU's jurisdiction. Three Portland entities that resemble or are copies of those in the real world must be monitored by the SCP Foundation. Deer College members act as students of TPL as well as act as scientists for TPL as well. These make up the most of TPL. UIU Agents may patrol around TPL acting as police of some sort for their city state. Currently looking for an SCP Foundation to ally with.
