Description
Special Operation Task Force (SOTF) is the top-tier element of the Army’s land forces, functioning as its dedicated special operations arm. Built from hand-selected personnel and structured into small, highly coordinated teams, SOTFs handle the missions regular units can’t: counter-insurgency, precision raids, strategic reconnaissance, VIP protection, and rapid-response tasks in high-pressure environments. They’re trained for speed, stealth, and tight execution, able to deploy fast, stabilize critical situations, and carry out complex tactical operations with a level of flexibility and discipline that marks them as the Army’s most elite and reliable special forces formation.
