Welcome to the 1st Armoured Regiment! 🚚 Our mission is to provide armoured support to the Australian Army through the operation and maintenance of a variety of armoured fighting vehicles, including the ASLAV reconnaissance vehicle. 💪 As an armoured regiment, we are responsible for providing direct fire support and protection to ground troops, using a combination of armour, firepower, and mobility. 👷♂️ Our team includes tank commanders, gunners, drivers, and support personnel, all highly trained in the use and maintenance of our armoured vehicles. 🌏 We operate both domestically and overseas, providing vital armoured support to the Australian Defence Force in a variety of environments. 💥 Our role in combat operations is critical, providing the necessary firepower and protection to support our troops and achieve mission success. 🔒 In order to join our regiment you must attend a tryout. Upon passing the tryout you will be granted access into the regiment.
