Description
Welcome to the 1st Artillery Regiment! 🔫 Our mission is to provide fire support to the Australian Army through the operation and maintenance of a variety of artillery systems, including the M777 howitzer and the Nulka active missile decoy system. 💪 As an artillery regiment, we are responsible for providing indirect fire support to ground troops, using a combination of high explosive, smoke, and illumination rounds. 👷♂️ Our team includes gunners, officers, and support personnel, all highly trained in the use and maintenance of our artillery systems. 🌏 We operate both domestically and overseas, providing vital fire support to the Australian Defence Force in a variety of environments. 💥 Our role in combat operations is critical, providing the necessary firepower to support our troops and achieve mission success. 🔒 In order to join our regiment you must attend a selection. Passing a selection will grant you access into Artillery School.
