The 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 (𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗧𝗖) serves as the institution responsible for developing, standardizing, and delivering the Army’s operational doctrine and training programs. CADTC advances professional excellence by producing validated doctrine, training leaders and soldiers, and ensuring the Canadian Army maintains force readiness across all environments. The Centre integrates modern research, lessons learned, and emerging capabilities to strengthen national defence preparedness. Members engage in analytical work, instructional development, and operational training that directly supports the Army’s ability to respond effectively at home and abroad.
