We Conquer. ═────────────────────═ With the United States going to war with Mexico, the California Republic was born, it was shortly disbanded after a few engagements. After the bear flag revolts ending, many were unpleased with the new republic to cease its existence, and felt more pride to an independent Californian state. When the American South left the Union, many wanted to leave the Union. Inspired by states like Texas who opted to not join the South, California declared its formal independence, after a few skirmishes with Federal Troops, the U.S. decided the fight on two fronts was not worth it, leaving California independent. ═─────────────────────═ Fort : Palomar ═─────────────────────═ Est 9/3/24
