Description
The Kingdom of France was an entity that existed in Western Europe from the collapse of the Frankish Empire to its dissolution during the French Revolution and after its restoration, and then it ended during the 1848 Revolutions. France would be one of the major powers of the European continent and the world, soon establishing colonies across the New World. The French nation must decide with war looming between the Protestants and the Catholics. Religion or politics? Will France finally break the Habsburg chain, or support them in putting down the Protestant movements across Northern Europe?
