Description
Following the 8th generation of Holy Rule, the people fell into disbelief. While their success as an Empire was undoubtable, they were losing faith that the gods existed. Eventually, the Emperor Gelirus I caught wind. He began a vicious war against the infidels who lacked faith. This was not to be, however, and following barbarian invasions in support of the Revolutionary Citizens, the Capital of the Etruscans was sacked, and Emperor Gelirus Illuminar I was slain. His son, Galleth Illuminar III gathered his closest supporters and those who still believed, and on one of the final surviving great ships of the Etruscans, set sail to look for new land. During the journey, he was Crowned God Emperor by the High Priest Andemoi. They would eventually find Vina, where we now find ourselves.
