Description

The United States Army, or USAR for short, was formed June 14th, 1775. Starting out as minutemen and militiamen, the Army grew to a more official status with the entry of General George Washington to the rank of Commander-in-Chief of the Army. Under his command, the British were pushed off american soil in 1783. The army has gone through many phases, civil war, the world wars, Korea, Vietnam, and the countless other proxy wars during the Cold War. Their last major engagement before the Great War of 2077 was the Liberation of Anchorage, Alaska. Using units of T-51 and other motorized vehicles, they pushed the Chinese off American soil, and secured the last major oil deposit in the world. As the war was turning the in the U.S.'s favor, the Chinese as a failsafe, launched several nuclear warheads for the American Homeland, the U.S. followed suit. In less than 2 hours, the world was changed forever.
