𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐉𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐍 大日本帝國 As a rising imperial power in the early 20th century, the Empire of Japan pursued territorial expansion across East Asia and the Pacific. Its political and military leadership initiated conflicts such as the Second Sino-Japanese War and the Pacific War, aiming to establish regional hegemony through the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. The Empire surrendered in 1945 following atomic bombings and the Soviet invasion of Manchuria.
