ππ‘ππ’π₯π ππ§ππ’π‘ The 102nd Regiment of Foot or known as the Royal Madras Fusiliers was a regiment raised by the Honourable East India Company in 1742. It is primarily a line infantry regiment but takes upon light infantry roles as a secondary action. The regiment notably took part in the Siege of Lucknow in the Indian Rebellion of 1857.
