Description
The Justicar Commission is the judicial and legal authority of the Aurelian Imperium. It interprets Imperial law, conducts formal proceedings, reviews criminal and civil cases, and ensures that punishment, judgment, and legal administration remain consistent across every institution. The Commission oversees courts, prosecutors, legal officers, investigations submitted for judgment, and the review of disciplinary actions taken by branches or commands. It may issue legal opinions, examine the lawfulness of official orders, and refer serious misconduct to the appropriate tribunal. Its authority flows from the Crown and is exercised through established courts, legal procedure, and written decree.
