Description
Order Command (ORDCOM) is the public-order and emergency-response command of the Valdrik City Watch. It directs the Patrol Corps and Special Response Corps, oversees visible law enforcement, territorial security, protective duties, civil disturbances, and high-threat incidents throughout the capital. ORDCOM serves as the Watch’s active shield in the streets: maintaining order, protecting the people, and responding decisively when ordinary enforcement is no longer enough.
