Aurelian Iron Guard #478862611
RoleplayENroleplayfantasymilitary
Description
The Iron Guard is the palace guard of the Imperial Protectorate of Aurelia. Its duty is to defend the Imperial Palace, its grounds, royal residences, and the fixed Crown facilities contained within the palace complex. Where the Archon’s Shield protects the Archon personally, the Iron Guard protects the sovereign’s seat of power. The Guard secures the place in which the Crown resides, governs, receives dignitaries, and conducts the highest ceremonies of state. Iron Guard personnel guard palace gates, control access to restricted areas, patrol the grounds, secure council chambers, archives, armories, private residences, and ceremonial halls, and respond to any breach within palace jurisdiction. During an attack or emergency, they establish defensive positions, lock down protected areas, evacuate authorized personnel, and hold the palace until the threat is eliminated.
