Description

Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) Mobile Task Forces assigned to Site-944 — Centauri Bastion represent the Foundation’s most specialized strike and research units. Unlike standard Security or Rapid Response teams, MTFs are tailored for precision deployments into anomalous environments. Each task force is composed of handpicked operatives drawn from Security, Scientific, and Engineering divisions, creating adaptive squads capable of surviving and operating in the Centauri system’s extreme conditions. Their mission scope includes anomaly interception in deep space, recovery of alien artefacts from Proxima b’s surface, suppression of hostile entities migrating inward toward Sol, and direct support of high-priority research projects. Where Security holds the line and the Rapid Response Team strikes fast, Mobile Task Forces are the Foundation’s scalpel — precise, surgical, and trusted with missions whose failure could compromise the entire Solar System’s defence.
