Foundation Intelligence Agency (FIA) The Foundation Intelligence Agency at Site-944 — Centauri Bastion functions as the primary information-gathering and analysis branch of the Extra-Solar Containment Division. Its operatives specialize in deep-space reconnaissance, signal interception, and counterintelligence. Using the Deep Space Signal Interception Array (DSSIA), the FIA decodes transmissions laced with memetic hazards, tracks anomalous migration patterns, and identifies threats long before they approach containment. Covert field agents, often disguised as scientific or engineering personnel, are deployed across Proxima b and orbital sectors to investigate anomalous structures and detect infiltration attempts from enemy factions. Operating in the grey between secrecy and survival, the Foundation Intelligence Agency ensures that Site-944 remains one step ahead of its enemies — human, anomalous, or otherwise.
