Description
The Covenant of the Scions is the inner dynastic council of Aurelia, composed of five Scions personally appointed to serve the Archon. Each Scion bears a distinct title representing one function of sovereign authority and acts as a trusted adviser, representative, or agent of the Crown. The Covenant is not a military branch, government commission, or independent command. Its members exercise only the authority granted through their individual appointments or other offices they lawfully hold. Membership signifies exceptional trust, direct service to the Archon, and responsibility for preserving the unity and continuity of the Imperial House.
