Description
Medical Department The Medical Department of Site-944 — Centauri Bastion is responsible for safeguarding the health and survival of all personnel stationed in the most hostile environment known to the Foundation. Operating four light years from Earth, Bastion medics face not only standard injuries and illnesses, but the unique dangers of alien pathogens, radiation exposure, and anomalous biological effects. Medical staff are trained in both conventional and anomalous medicine, specializing in fields such as xenopathology, cognitohazard trauma treatment, and containment-related surgical procedures. Facilities include isolation wards, stasis units, and biohazard labs designed to identify and neutralize threats that could spread beyond the site. At Centauri Bastion, the Medical Department is more than a support division — it is the lifeline that allows the Foundation’s work to continue on the edge of the unknown.
