Description
The Absaroka State Judiciary, which includes the Absaroka Supreme Court and multiple district courts, was established in January of 1961, following the state's admission to the Union, as the state-level judicial branch of the State of Absaroka. Today, the Absaroka State Judiciary continues to serve as the state-level judicial branch of the State of Absaroka, responsible for interpreting laws, resolving disputes, protecting constitutional rights, and ensuring the rule of law.
